HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION

As you’ve probably heard, shipping carriers are predicting a very high demand for online orders again this year. This means, it may take a little longer than usual to receive your holiday shipments. 

As a company, we take great pride in being able to provide a quick and easy ordering and shipping experience. We continue to do everything we can to keep inventory in stock so you can count on us to help ease your friends and family members discomfort. To make sure your your gift is delivered for the holidays, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible. 

Unfortunately, once a package is in the carriers possession, we have no control over delivery and cannot be responsible for carrier related delays or delivery problems. Of course, we will do our best to help resolve an issue should it occur. 

PLEASE NOTE – We try to get orders processed as quickly as possible. Orders can take 2-3 days to be processed. The warehouse ships weekdays only.

SUPPLY CHAIN SHORTAGES 

As you have likely heard, there is national shortage of all of their products. We are doing our best to provide a high quality substitute that will achieve the same soothing effects and have the same high quality. Thank you for your understanding. 

Current supplier shortage: 

Lindi Skin – Skin lotions may vary.  Cooler Rolls are backordered nationwide. We are currently  substituting with Lindi Cooler Pads. 

Spa Comfort Eye Pillow – Eye pillow may be replaced with an alternate brand that can also be heated and cooled.
